Pink Watermable - Breast Cancer Awareness Manicure

Hello friends,
October is breast cancer awareness month. It's coming to end but that doesn't mean we don't have to be aware later, being a woman I know how important is to have knowledge of this menace. As per data out of every 100,000 women 124 suffer from this disease. So take steps now, check yourself at home and if any doubt see a doctor. You can read more about this in my previous post HERE.
Pink nails is just a way to raise awareness by nail community. I am sharing here my favourite pink shade and a water marble design. Hope you like :)

Diwali Nailart - Wishing All a Happy Diwali 2014

Hello friends,

Wish you a wonderful Diwali. Diwali is the festival of Lights and celebrated in the honour of Lord Rama returning to his home. This is a week long festival and different days have different ceremonies. Goddess Laxmi and Lord Ganesha are worshipped as this festival is also considered as start of Hindu's new year and Hindus pray for prosperity and good luck for coming new year.

This is my favourite festival. As a kid also I loved decorating my house with earthen lamps and helping my mother in making rangoli. I tried to recreate the same scene on my nails. Have a look

Hello Friends !
This October we are celebrating Indian Festivities with this Nail Challenge hosted by #stnchallenges and #ILLnailchallenges :)

Today's prompt is  Karwa Chauth ! This festival is celebrated by Hindu Married women for the safety and longevity of their husband. Wife keep fast from sunrise until sunset and prays in the evening for her husband. She breaks her fast after looking at moon following some rituals. This festival is symbol of love and closeness between husband and wife. I tried to show the essence of this festival on my nails where a woman is looking at moon through a seive.
