Hello Lovelies,

Today I am sharing a review of Born Pretty Store colour changing polish in shade no. #8 (104). It was sent to me by BPS along with stamping plates and a nailart brush which I will be reviewing in next posts. This polish is a thermal colour changing polish which turns from beautiful purple in cold state to lovely lilac in warm state. Not to mention I had lot of fun wearing this polish. New York Skyline Painting Inspired Nailart

Today's nailart is for #StyleThoseNailsChallenges Theme NIGHT SCENE. My nailart is loosely inspired by NYC skyline painting by Enxu Zhou. I hope I had little more time to recreate this painting. But still I am happy with the result considering the time I spent on this nailart which was around three hours from start to finish. See pics below

Today I am sharing a cute nail art I did for #40GreatNailArtIdeas Theme Things that fly. This theme is so interesting isn't it. Options are unlimited and I went for fairies. For this nailart I started with gradient background and then added some freehand swirls to give it a mystical look. Then over that I added fairy stickers I received from El-Corazon. I have filmed a small tutorial to show how did swirls on nails so do watch it at the end of the post.

I am back with first nailart of 2016 for #40GreatNailArtIdeas :) This weeks theme is pattern + pale blue base. My pattern prompt was Aztec (also known as tribal commonly). I was very happy with my pattern prompt as I wanted to do it from a long time. Only problem was base- Pale Blue !!! as I didn't have that colour .But I solved that too :D

Autumn Cat Painting Nailart inspired by Persis Clayton Weirs

Today I am sharing a nailart which I am really proud of and I think I will regard it as one of my best till now. It's first time I painted any animal especially cat on my nails. This painting from Persis Clayton Weirs caught attention and I wondered if I can paint it !! Frankly initially I was scared to try as it was different from what I usually paint (landscapes) but I anyways tried it and I am glad I did. Diwali Nailart 2015

Today is Deepawali also known as Diwali. It's an Indian festival celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm all over India. There is a mythological story behind this festival. Diwali falls 18 days after Dushera festival  (Dushera marks the demise of demon king Ravana by Lord Rama). It's said that Lord Rama returned to Ayodhya (his home) with his wife Goddess Sita and brother Lord Laxmana after 18 days so to welcome him Ayodhya was decorated with earthen lamps called diyas and people celebrated this day as Deepawali or Diwali which means festival of lights. It's biggest festival of Hindus and rituals extend to period of five days. There is another story that Goddess Laxmi was born during Diwali festival. She is Goddess of wealth and prosperity in Hindu religion so she is also worshipped during Diwali. Check out pictures below and enjoy the festivities :)...........
